Squadi is used for Football Queensland registration, applicable FQ payments and competition information. It is separate from SUFC’s club registration system (Majestri) and Football Australia’s PlayFootball system.
Complete club registration and arrange payment of your SUFC club fees.
Complete the applicable Football Queensland registration and payment.
Complete the applicable Football Australia registration and payment.
Little Springers follows a separate process. Register through the SUFC website and do not complete Squadi or PlayFootball unless directed by the club.
View all registration steps →View fee information →If the expected product for the current season is not available, or you are unsure which product to select, contact the club before choosing an alternative.
Parents and carers can manage a child’s registration and follow fixtures. Creating an account or following a team does not register the child as a player. Coaches and managers must also complete the registrations required for their role.
SUFC Squadi Guide (PDF) →FQ guides and videos →Check the season shown in the guide. Screens, product names and fees may change; follow the current registration instructions from the club.
Club registration alone does not replace the required registrations. Any outstanding approval, transfer or international clearance must also be finalised.
Club policy on fines: If SUFC receives an FQ fine because a player participates without completing the required registrations, the club will pass that fine on to the player, or their parent/guardian if the player is under 18.
Contact the club before attending trials or preseason activities if your season registration is incomplete. Club fees must be paid in accordance with club requirements or an approved payment arrangement.
Player insurance is subject to the applicable FQ policy terms and eligibility requirements. The Football Australia national fee does not include player insurance.
Fixtures are published in Squadi once released by the competition organiser. Select the correct season and competition, then find Springfield United and your team. Refer to FQ’s parent/app guide for the current steps to add a team to your watchlist.
A team may not appear until the draw has been published. Check your team name with your coach or manager if you are unsure which team to follow.
Training arrangements are published separately on the club’s Training Times & Field Map page. Training days, times and field allocations are confirmed once teams have been allocated.
Open Squadi →Training and field maps →Select a category to show or hide its questions.
Use password reset with the email address linked to your existing account and check your spam folder. If you still cannot access it, contact the club or use FQ’s help resources.
Pending status can indicate an outstanding payment, processing step or approval. Check any message shown in Squadi and contact the club if you are unsure. Do not assume pending means approved to play.
Contact the club before making another payment or creating another registration. We can help identify the next step; some corrections must be handled by FQ.
The team or competition draw may not yet be published. Check the season, competition and team name, then ask your coach or manager if needed.
No. A watchlist helps you follow fixtures; each player must still complete the required registrations and approvals.
