Charities and Causes

At Springfield United Football Club, giving back to the community is a core part of who we are.

Beyond football, the club is proudly committed to supporting a range of charities and community initiatives that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Through dedicated awareness rounds, fundraising activities, and ongoing partnerships, Springfield United uses the reach of our club to support important causes, start conversations, and help those in need.

This continued commitment reflects our belief that a strong football club should also be a positive force within its wider community.

Through club sponsors McDonald's Greater Springfield, the club supports Ronald McDonald House Charities

Ronald McDonald House Charities are a proud charity partner of Springfield United Football Club, providing vital support to families with seriously ill children by keeping them close during the toughest of times.

Through our connection with McDonald's and the wider community, Springfield United is proud to support RMHC initiatives that deliver real impact for families in need.

Together, we use the reach of football and community events to raise awareness, give back, and help support the incredible work RMHC does for families across Queensland and beyond.

Pink Round is a key annual initiative at Springfield United Football Club, delivered in association with the National Breast Cancer Foundation

Each year, the entire club turns pink in support of those affected by breast cancer, helping to raise awareness and vital funds for life-saving research.

Pink Round brings our players, families, sponsors, and wider community together around a shared cause, using the power of football to show solidarity, spark important conversations, and support the ongoing fight against breast cancer—on and off the pitch.
