Terms and conditions

  • • Players must register in their correct age group. Clubs cannot offer positions outside of a player’s correct age group without FQ approval, typically early 2027.
  • • All information provided in an EOI will be taken to be true and correct. If any information is found to be incorrect, SUFC reserves the right to refuse the player a trial or to revoke a position offered as a result of the trials.
  • • SUFC reserves the right to select which Players will be invited to trial.
  • • Participants acknowledge that trials involve physical exertion and risk of injury, and they agree to participate at their own risk. Players should notify SUFC of any injury concerns when they complete the EOI, but still carry the risk of any further injury if they participate in trials.
  • • Players and their parents/carers are expected to be respectful behaviour toward coaches, staff, and other players during trials, and will be removed from trials if this is breached.
  • • SUFC retains full discretion over Player offer decisions.
  • • Enquiries regarding trial EOIs, trails details, the offer of positions or feedback on Players will be answered at SUFC’s discretion.
