o Substitutions are unlimited.
o Players entering the field must wait until the player they are replacing has fully left the field. If this rule is not
followed, the opposition may be awarded a free kick from halfway or from the most advantageous position.
o When the ball crosses the sideline, play restarts with a kick-in instead of a throw-in. The defending player must
stand at least 5 metres back.

o Goalkeepers may use their hands inside the “D”.
o All players may enter the “D”, except opposition players during goal kicks.
