• Finding us - we are at field one of the Springfield Central Sporting Complex - refer here for map/address info

• Finding your game field - refer to field map below. We will have flags on the fields identifying which is which on the day. Given tight time frames between games, please make your way to each game with sufficient time to be ready to go at your game time. Games will run between 9am and 5pm each day.

• Registration - A team manager or nominated official will need to register the team upon arrival (whole team is not required) – this can be done at the registration tent in the corner of the oval near the canteen (refer field map on our website linked above). We will provide you with carnival medals for your team upon arrival

• Housekeeping – toilets are located near the canteen and first aid, if required, will be in the function room to the side of the canteen or the first aid tent on field. 

• Parking – Parking is available anywhere else in the field 1 car park and is also available in the field 2 car parks (for the oval below ours). We are should have access to additional parking in Springfield Central State School (near our field 1 car park) in case this is needed

• Tent set up - refer to field map below. Given teams will be changing between games, please do not set up tents or permanent position within the red areas (i.e. between fields) as these will be kept for spectating games. Tents or a permanent base for your team can be set up in any of the yellow marked areas around the outside of the fields
  

• Food options - our canteen will be open on the day, and we will be serving bacon and egg rolls and a sausage sizzle from the BBQ. Please note you are not permitted to bring your own BBQs onto the grounds.
